ideal location main tram line shopping center portable a c unit cleaning quality lacking attention

the location was ideal. i found a main tram line close by and a shopping center just across the street. the main square was only a 10-minute walk away (it was very convenient).

The portable a/c unit in the room vents back into the room. this made it very hot. i was also disappointed in the cleaning quality. The sheets had hair on them, and the attention to detail was lacking.

solid stay near everything

central location useful addition

the location is great. it is very central, a huge plus for exploring the city. i also appreciated the washing machine (it was very useful after a few days of travel).

the portable air conditioning unit was not very effective. it seemed to vent back into the room, actually making it hotter. i needed better cooling .

the hotel provided a coffee machine and refrigerator in the room, great for easy storage and preparation of simple meals. i bought sandwiches from next door and ate them in my room. this was convenient.

the staff was generally helpful . they offered assistance with directions and some basic requests. i found their assistance satisfactory and check-in was efficient (even at a late hour).

mixed feelings about my stay

ineffective air conditioning missing lobby

the location was acceptable it was near transport links.

the air conditioning was not effective at all i found the room very hot. the staff did not provide an iron during my entire stay despite my request. the hotel also lacked a lobby for a supposedly 4-star hotel.

easy access delicious breakfast everything needed unreachable reception dusty closet coffee capsules

The location provided easy access to many shops and cafes near tram lines. Breakfast downstairs was delicious and included complimentary coffee. The place felt spacious for a couple with a kitchen that had everything needed. It seemed worth the price.

The reception was unreachable one whole day. The reception area was locked and phones went unanswered. Closets was dusty and unclean. Room service only provided two coffee capsules upon arrival without replacements.

convenient city stay

superb location spacious room convenient transport

the location was superb with easy access to public transport I found it easy to explore the city because the train station was right opposite I appreciated the spacious room it included a fridge a tv and ample storage space. The coffee machine was a nice touch for mornings.

water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low it made showering less enjoyable.

there were many places to eat nearby i saw a tesco just down the road as well i could easily grab anything i needed i appreciated the variety of options available.
